It's time to find out the results of our video marketing survey for 2016...
At the end of last year we ran our annual video marketing survey because we like to keep things fresh, and you certainly can't run a business on outdated marketing research.
Our main goals for this year's survey was to discover how important video is to a business and whether it brings in postive ROI.
But we also wanted to find out what consumers think about video. Do they share branded videos? Would they buy a product after watching a video?
The results are in and just some of the highlights include:
- 93% of businesses believe that video has increased user understanding of their product or service.
- 72% of businesses believe that video has increased the conversion rate of their website.
- 74% of consumers who have watched an explainer video, have gone on to buy that product or service.
